PDLUX PD-V10-G5 Miniature X-Band Microwave Transceiver
The PDLUX PD-V10-G5 miniature X-Band microwave transceiver is a miniature X-Band microwave transceiver that utilises the Doppler shift phenomenon to "sense" motion. The unit, housed in a metal can, features a dielectric resonator stabilised oscillator, which provides stable operation over a broad temperature range in either CW or low duty cycle pulse mode and an integrated homodyne receiver for enhanced sensitivity and reliability. This module family is available with either a +5v or +3v supply voltage.

PDLUX PD-V10-G5 Miniature X-Band Microwave Transceiver
PD-V10-G5 is a miniature highly sensitive X-band microwave transceiver mobile sensor that uses a window scheme for transmission and reception. It features 360-degree detection, a motion sensor for ceiling detection, a wall-mounted safety sensor, a light sensing switch, a glass mirror for automatic body sensing, and a variety of small-volume microwave (radar) motion detection products.
It should conform to the application rules of microwave sensor, and the shell must be made of engineering plastics. For example, engineering plastics, such as ABS, PC, PS, etc. Strictly prohibit the use of fully enclosed metal enclosures!
In use, different methods can be used to provide power according to the need. 1. Direct power supply. 2. CW or low duty cycle pulse mode Power supply in PWM mode (can reduce the current generated during operation).
PD-V10-G5 is a microwave sensor whose results and performance require later coordination of circuits and algorithms.
The PD-V10-G5 module family is offered in three specifications: 5V and 3V, as well as the general voltage range of 3-5V.

WARNING: The actual detection range is related to the signal amplification gain of the circuit, the overall layout of the PCBA and the threshold of the MCU.
The design of radiation emissions complies with FCC and CE regulations.
Special reminder:
Due to the total thickness of the circuit board being only 0.52mm. Applying excessive lateral force to the pins may cause the copper foil to break. Causing sensor malfunction.
NOTES
The strength of the sensor's output (detection range)depends on the Signal to Noise Ratio. Higher or lower than the nominal operating temperature, the sensor can also work, but the performance will be reduced.

To avoid damage to the devices, care should be exercised during handling. Proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) precautions should be observed at all stages of storage, handling, assembly, and testing.
