Basic version
PD-PIR601B: The product is a new type of energy-saving lighting switch that uses high-sensitivity detectors; it integrates automation, convenience, security, energy saving, and practical use; a large-scale detection area is composed of upper and lower, left and right service areas; it uses the infrared energy emitted by the human body As a control signal source, when someone enters the detection area, the controlled load can be started immediately; it can automatically identify day and night; it is easy to install and has a wide range of use.

Note: When the delay is adjusted to the minimum, it can be used as a slave machine to assist the host to increase the detection range.

Zero-crossing version
PD-PIR601B-Z: Based on the function of the basic version, the use of MCU to accurately calculate the switch information, and the relay is controlled to be turned on at the zero point of the sine wave. It has strong anti-impact current capability, so that every load is connected to the zero point of the sine wave. avoid the conventional control mode in the sine wave high voltage on the surge current problem, especially the load contains a large capacity capacitor under the impact of high voltage damage relay, is not comparable to conventional products. 
Any type of load can be connected.It is easy to install and has a wide range of use.

PD-PIR601P-Z: In the function of LX-601B-Z, add full voltage, power supply R/S external switch port (slave, master controller control); and infrared remote control adjustment function, so that users have better use Experience.

NOTE
1. The ambient temperature of the detection distance is 22-24℃, and the detection distance decreases as the temperature rises;
2. The installation height is different, the detection distance radius is different. This product is recommended to be installed at a height of 2.5-4.5 meters, and you can try to raise it to 6 meters under special circumstances;
3. 601B-Z and 601P-Z are digital system controls, with additional room for improvement. Sensitivity can be upgraded according to customer needs; joint control port and P port can be added; the delay time can be upgraded as needed.

Setting manner: potentiometer

It may take times to adjust values before they satisfy your need.

(1)Light-control setting

The working illuminance value can be adjusted in the range of <10-2000LUX.
The minimum when the anti-clockwise spins to the end and the maximum when the clockwise spins to the end.

(2)Time setting

The minimum when the anti-clockwise spins to the end and the maximum when the clockwise spins to the end.

Note: After the light is off, it needs to wait for nearly 4 seconds before it can sense again. The light will only come on when a signal is detected after this time has elapsed.

Proper use of delay adjustment: It is used to adjust the delay time from lighting on to automatically turning off the light after the sensor detects human movement. Users can adjust according to actual needs. Since infrared sensor products have continuous sensing function, in short, the system will re-timing any time the sensor senses before the end of the delay time. As long as people move within the detection range, the light will not go off. Therefore, it is recommended that users try to adjust the delay time as small as possible to save energy.

Connection -wire diagram

According to the provided wiring diagram during installation.
R/S-end function: Manually trigger the induction function.
L – Live wire;
N – Neutral wire;
L’ – Load wire;
Connect L and N with power;
Connect L` and N with load.
R/S: Trigger, connected to L

PD-PIR601P-Z (master) + PD-PIR601B (slave)

Installation

Turn off the power.
Insert the threaded tube into the power cord and control cord.
Connect the power supply and load to the sensor according to the wiring diagram.

Notes

Electrician or experienced human can install it.
The unrest objects can’t be regarded the installation basis-face.
In front of the detection window there should be no hinder or unrest objects effecting detection.
Avoid installing it near air temperature alteration zones for example: air condition, central heating, etc.
Please don’t open the case for your safety if you find the hitch after installation.

1、Being installed on the rocking object will lead to error reaction.
2、The shaking curtain blown by wind will lead to error reaction. Please select the suitable place to install.
3、Being installed where the traffic is busy will lead to error reaction.
4、The sparks produced by some equipment nearby will lead to error reaction.
